What's included

  • Fully furnished, down to the kettle, plates, cutlery, microwave and TV
  • Air conditioning
  • Your own washing machine, plus a shared dryer
  • Weekly housekeeping: cleaning, fresh bed linen and 6 free bottles of drinking water

Billed monthly

  • Rent for your apartment
  • Water and internet: 300,000 VND / month, flat
  • Electricity: each apartment has its own meter, so you pay only for what you use.Usually 700,000 to 2,000,000 VND a month for a one-bedroom, and 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 VND for a two-bedroom.

Lease terms

  • Deposit: one month's rent, refunded when your lease ends (minus any damage)
  • 3 months' rent upfront, or the whole stay if it's shorter

For example, on a 6-month lease you pay 3 months' rent plus a 1-month deposit to start. On a 2-month lease, it's 2 months' rent plus the deposit.

How to book

Simple, personal, and done by message.

  1. Send us a message

Tell us your dates, how many people, and which apartment you like. Use the form, WhatsApp, Zalo or email.

  2. Take a tour

See the apartment on a live video call, or visit in person if you're already in Hoi An.

  3. Sign the lease

A short lease in English and Vietnamese with your dates, price and house rules.

  4. Pay the deposit

The deposit secures the apartment for your dates. It's one month's rent, and we refund it when your lease ends.

  5. Move in

We meet you, hand over the keys and show you around.

How booking works

Why slow down here

A calm base for work

A real desk, steady wifi and quiet mornings. Settle into a routine instead of living out of a suitcase.

Live like a local

Morning coffee on a small plastic stool, the market at seven, a bike ride past rice fields. Hoi An at its own pace.

Room to breathe

A home, not a hotel room. Your own kitchen, your own space, and a family nearby if you need anything.

In Hoi An, away from the crowds

Close enough to cycle to the Old Town and the beach, far enough to hear birds instead of tour buses.
